Shipping Information

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Due to the flat rate pricing, shipping is charged based on the amount of sarongs ordered rather than the weight.  

Domestic US 1-2 Sarongs  — Small Box/ Envelope
Domestic US 3-10 Sarongs — Medium Box
Domestic US 11-18 Sarongs– Large Box

International – prices vary by country

Returns

We understand that returns are necessary on occasion.  If you need to return or an item, please note that all items must be returned in original condition--unworn, unaltered and unwashed.  Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number.

To receive a return shipping address, please contact us and provide your name, order number, name of items you wish to return and reason for return.  

When the item is received in re-saleable condition, a full refund will be issued.  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Casual Movements reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.  We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment.  Casual Movements is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment.
